We are heading down to Coz March 17 for 8 nights.
We have the possiblity of staying at Villa Oasis, a private home on the corner of 10th Av. and Calle 9. It's a 3 BR private home on a big lot with a pool and a gardner and a housekeeper that will cook if you want and etc. etc. It's convenient to the Barracuda where we get picked up to dive and of course a short walk into town.
The other possibility is a condo on the 8th floor of the newish (?) Palmar condos which are much more south (I think S. of Villa Blanca?). This is a 2 BR place and looks sleek modern and etc., and of course there is a killer ocean view from the 8th floor balcony.
The best part for us is in these days of recession, both owners have agreed to the identical reduced rate for our 8 night stay, so price is not a factor, and we don't want to go back and try to get either for even less so as to make that a factor.
So, if anyone knows anything about either one of these properties, can you please let us know? We would greatly appreciate it.
