Has anyone stayed in or been in the penthouse at Villablanca? I've stayed in the Superior rooms several times (great deal), but never took a look at the penthouse. From the photos on their website it looks like a big studio. Is that what it is? Does it have a full kitchen? Full size fridge?

I have staved in the in the suite beside the penthouse. It had a kitchenet in it. I looked in the penthouse while it was being cleaned but I dont recall if it had a full kitchen in it. It was very roomy though. Nice big patio area also.

Thanks. Kitchenette is fine. The balcony does look great.

I've stayed in it. Very large room with a king bed and a couple of couches and large coffee table. The kitchen is very small, with small appliances. The bathroom is alright, not typical "penthouse" quality, but good size. If I recall, the shower is over the tub and the tub is sort of small. (although I'm 6'5" 250, so almost everything is sort of small) I believe there might have been 2 beds in there too, the king and maybe a twin? I remember bunking with my son and I'm sure my daughter was in her own bed.

The balcony is very nice, although the street right below you sort of spoils the quiet sunsets. The balcony is also completely accessible by anyone and I was a little suspect of the security of the sliding glass doors.

My 2 kids and I were upgraded to it for free and we enjoyed it.
