I'm researching things and will hopefully come to a decision what to buy soon.
 
This is just heresay and conjecture but here goes.
Like was mentioned! The inside of the suits aren't lined which keeps the water movement along the skin minimal and warmer but harder to get in and out. It is also much easier to damage inside with fingernails even if you think you have them cut short.
The outer layer seems about the same as a typical suit. But the neoprene as a whole seems much softer than typical suits and I've heard (no actual proof) that this means it will compress more at depth in a shorter period of time leading to colder dives.
