while we got thru the storm without much damage home wise, our insurance company told us today that they are writing our Morgan 34 off as a total loss.

This is very sad as we have traveled tens of thousands of miles on her and were in the process of planning another cruise.

We will miss her!

Sorry to hear of your nautical loss. Any plans to purchase again with the insurance money?

So, sorry to hear about your loss..just remember that material things can be replaced even if it's terrible...a human life can't be replaced. so, sorry and good luck

I'm saddened by your loss. The Morgan 34 is a real beauty... one of my favorite sailboats. Was the damage extensive? Sometimes the insurance company will sell the "totalled" boat back to you for a song. Warm regards from your friends at BlueWater Divers.

i,m sorry to hear that,Peace

It is awful to lose something with a lot of memories attached to it. But again it is better to lose than never have. Many of us would love to have sailed all over gallavanting around with the wind at our backs and a bottle of freshly uncorked wine.
But that gig don't pay the bills so it is back to the daily grind, maybe some day... :crafty:

:15a: sorry!
