I am not Barbara's husband, but my dive program is the same as hers. ... Use the showers by the pool and lay the stuff out to dry on deck. I've also let stuff dry on the balcony.

I like the idea of bringing a collapsable shower rod for drying stuff and will do so on my December cruise.
 
and am wondering about the water temps
This is the closest reporting water temperature location that seems to be working. Lime Tree Bay and Christiansted are on St. Croix - about 50 miles south of the Rhone. Marine Forecast : Weather Underground
I will be doing the Wreck of the Rhone in Tortola
The Rhone is actually off Salt Island - about 7 miles SE from the cruise port in Roadtown. It's 2 good dives. I liked the back better than the front.
