whale sharks - Belize, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama

Hello all,

I plan to tour central america and of course would like to visit any whale shark hot spots. I plan to visit Belize, skip honduras (lived there 4 ever) hit Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama.


Does anyone know of any tour operators that actively work in the conservation of the whale sharks? I'm not looking for just the right permits but one that has educational or training programs in place in the community.
