SSI, had a great instructor.

And I have plans on getting a few PADI certs simply becuase I've heard the specific instructors for that course are very good and it happens to be a PADI course. If those same instructors taught SSI and not PADI.. then I'd be getting more SSI certs.

I guess what I'm getting at, is I try to find instructors. Not certification agencies.

I'v got a PADI OW card, but never took the training---I'm a grandfathered diver; does that make me old? I did, however, get my AOW and Nitrox via PADI training.
