I have oatmeal, real, stove-top oatmeal. As well as some cottage cheese and orange juice.

I like to eat at the Y before I go diving.

All I know is I must be well hydrated and have only a small amount of caffeine, or I will surely dehydrate, which causes cramps in cold water and increases the chance of seasickness. I also won't have any thing more than 1 drink of alcohol the night before a dive. Well okay...maybe 2...
