What "writes" on black neoprene?

What the title says... I'd like to mark our wetsuits, booties, etc. Black sharpie pens probably won't show real well!

plastic color,the ones taylors use,you can get them in a Handicraft outlet store...they come in very bright colors and is basically liquid plastic .peace

I've used the white Painters brand marker from the hobby section of Wal-Mart. And every now and then I'd touch up the markings on my fins, etc. Then I tried a silver Sharpie -- what a difference! It even pops on neoprene boots, inside wetsuits (3 Neosports for my daughters and me), and on regulator bags.
