Ocean City, MD has some great wreck dives, last weekend we had 35-40 feet of vis on the African Queen wreck. Some great spearfishing as well.

Va. Beach, it would really depend on your experience, but we have it all.
The Tug (intact)& Tiger (debris field) in the 70ft range.
The Morgan, Luchenbach, Kurn, Webster in the 100ft range.
The Cuyahoga, Eureka & Clark in at 110ft range.
The Chenago, Mexicana in the 145 ft range.
The Ocean Venture where you might find 160ft.
The San Delphino (which I believe is the real Papoose) at 200.
Then we have the Billy Mitchel fleet which range from 200 - 400 for the real adventurous.
