New in Scuba diving

Good afternoon,
New in Scuba diving, I amgoing to Brazil for vacation and want to take advantage of this trip to learn and scuba dive there by the shore of the Atlantic Oceans, any body here that can recommended me a social safe place in Brazil and wonderful nature - water for scuba diving?
