Where is My vB Home?

I always wondered what the point of the buddy list was until I read the FAQs. I like being able to know if my buddies are online or to send PMs to everyone at once, but the FAQ says I can view all that in My vB Home. Where in the world is that? I've looked in my profile, user cp and home page with no luck.

That's just another name for the User CP.

I tried that. I can see my buddy list, but only the options for adding or deleting buddies. Nothing about whether they are online or sending a group PM
