I'm coming down May 11-18 and bringing my boat (19' Center Console).
I want to take it out of Hatteras inlet (assuming a GOOD weather day, obviously), and do some diving/spearfishing.
Anyone have any good spots, gps coords, or advice? I'd prefer to stay within 20 miles or so of the inlet, just for travel time, and I prefer shallower dives for longer bottom time. I'm wondering about the AR 220 and 225 and 230.
Also, any ideas what the viz would be like that time of year and at the shallower locations?
