Actually the Olympus PT-EP10 housing for the E-PL5 only works with the ONE Olympus flat port. You can also add the ZEN Underwater ports for PEN housings, ZENunderwater.com

With the Olympus PT-EP08 housing for the E-M5 you can use the ONE Olympus flat port, the ZEN ports for PEN with an adapter, the ZEN 8mm fisheye port without an adapter and the Olympus DSLR ports like the PPO-E04 with an adapter. These ports are threaded not bayonet mounted and to use the 8 mm fisheye you need a short port extension. With the Panasonic 7-14 you could get buy with the short extension. With the Olympus 7-14 DSLR lens you need the adapter for lens to camera body, the short extension and the 7-14 port extension and zoom gear. With all of the Olympus DSLR lenses like the 7-14, 9-18, 8 fisheye and 50 macro you need the lens to M43 camera body adapter and AF speed is will slow greatly. You will also need the adapter that fits between the DSLR port and housing to account for the extra length added by the lens adapter.

With the Nauticams housing for the E-M5 or the E-PL5 you can use the Nauticam six inch port for the Panasonic 7-14 or you can use the ZEN 170mm optical glass port, (see post of the same name below) with the Nauticam 20mm port extension and zoom gear.
