Welcome to the board. If you go into the regional travel, select US then select central US you'll find people in your area. It evens divides into 3 other specific areas. Since I've moved around the US, this is where I start when I go somewhere new. Have fun!
Welcome to Scubaboard. Go over to the Great Lakes Wrecking Crew forum. It is in the area jokeborn mentions above. There are a good number of local divers that will dive the local quarries (Gilboa, Whitestar, and Portage) and well as great wreck diving in the Great Lakes. Our group is currently planning our fall M&G at Gilboa in October. If you are interested in meeting other divers and doing local diving, thats the place to be!
