Hi Mr. Bear,
I am just about to post a classified today for this very strobe! To answer your questions:

1. Inon Z-240 Type 4 with Electrical Cable Sync Cord
2. As New (used twice only!)
- Diffuser and all accessories, including spare O-ring and silicone grease
- Original user manuals and receipts
- 4 x Sanyo Eneloop AANiMH Batteries
- Sanyo Eneloop Universal Charger
3. Purchase date (December 2011)
4. I am selling due to an unfortunate dive incident on first use (January 2012) [It has taken me 4 years to accept that I will not dive again and I am reluctantly selling my prized underwater photography equipment]
