I have a US size 10.5" shoe and used these with 3mm wetsuit booties

Just an FYI I have a US size 11 shoe. I agree the XL will work with thin wetsuit boots like 3mm but I couldn't get my 7mm boots into them at all. I had to go with XXL jet find for my 7mm boots and dry suit rock boots. They fit really well.

I agree, I use an XXL with my turbo soles that are a size Large, the XL will fit but will have more of a chance of pressure points on the tops of the feet, the XXL really slides right up to the ankle
