Zeagle Warranty question

Scott, I have found a zeagle envoy regulator with a great price. It was used as a demo in the dive shop. If I purchase it, I will be the original owner ( am I right? ) But the shop couldn't find the paper work any more. My question is, if I registar the serial number on zeagle website, will I still be qualified for the warranty program?

The fact that it was used by the shop as a Demo/Training/Rental regulator takes away the ability to get the warranty - which is usually why the shop sells those types of things at a really good price.
