Tonga photograph and swim with whales

Does anyone have advice of who to book with to swim and photograph the whales in Tonga?
I am looking at 2017. Underwater photography.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I went with Matafonua last Sept. and had plenty of time with the whales and got plenty of amazing photo ops.
