There isn't a best. If you own it, use it and ensure no leaks, then you are the only one to decide. Personally, I use a 30# Oxycheq for warm water diving in South Florida. No STA required. Dive safe.

I completely agree with Jim. Just sling it. Try it and you will be pleasantly surprised at how well it works.
