For those who always ask what to bring. Here are some ideas...
Meat items for the grill
(let's keep it to Hamburgers, hotdogs, brats, and chicken breast and buns) (We're trying to keep it simple so it doesn't take forever to cook for the group) (If you have something else you were thinking about and want to cook that yourself, that's great! Some have brought friers or smokers and added to the meat items that way.)
Eggs (We never seem to have enough.)
Items for the omlettes
(additional meats, peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, salsa, wraps, cheese, etc.)
Items for Breakfast
(Juices, fruit, muffins, coffee, creamer, etc.)
Charcoal (self starting)
Condiments (cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, BBQ sauce etc.)
Aluminum Foil Serving Pans (to hold the cooked meat)
Paper towels and napkins
Heavy duty Paper Plates
(no Styrofoam please) and desert plates.
We have plenty of plastic silverware left over so that item is not needed.
Bottled water
Side dishes (casseroles, baked beans, potato salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw, chips and dips/salsa, fruit salad, green salads w/dressing, veggie tray w/dip, etc.)
Deserts (Oh please don’t forget the deserts!)
Tiki torches and fuel (for around the fire)
Fire wood for the camp fire.

We also need volunteers to help out during for the weekend. THANKS!!!!
If we all pitch in and take a task, it makes for a fun weekend for everyone.

Count me in! I am bringing my fiance Chris, for his inaugural megadive!
And also, my friend Kenda will be returning and this time she is bringing her boyfriend will be joining us too. She just got certified this spring, and is excited to dive with us!

Count me in to be an egg cracker on Sunday morning brekkie! I will be bringing snacks/side items for the Saturday night dinner. I will look at the list nearer to the date, and figure out what else we are gonna bring.

Very excited, getting a new tent to accomodate us! :)

I am planning to come but most likely only for the night on Saturday. I will bake cookies for dessert on Saturday and I am going to contribute some hot dogs again. I might have to get something for s'mores as well. :dork2: Also I will bring a dozen eggs for breakfast. I will try to bring the fiddle again.

Hello All. I will be coming with my boyfriend Chris. I went to a Megadive about 6 years ago and it was a lot of fun. Now that my boyfriend is certified I am looking forward to going again. We should get there late Friday and are planning on joining the group meals Saturday. Please put us down for firewood, baked beans, snacks, eggs, omelet fixings and coffee. I have a drip coffee maker that works on our camp stove and makes life so much easier. I do love having my coffee on camping trips. We also have a propane grill if you need extra cooking space.

Looking forward to meeting everyone! (Some for the second time.) :)

I just saw that a Divers Direct group is having a pumpkin carving contest and galaxy dive around the same time that Saturday. Do we do our galaxy dive with them or have it separately?

Hi!

The scuba/snorkel club at the University of Tampa is interested in attending!! We have 22 people, is there room for us and do we have to make camping reservations with Ginnie Springs still?

Thanks,

Tessa Skilton

Hi !
I'll be there on saturday. Looks like we have enough breakfast items, so maybe I will bring something to bbq for dinner.
