did u also consider Apo island ? Is much time does it take to cross Cebu from Malapascua to Apo ?

Malapascua to Cebu is around 3-4hrs by private van and ferry.
Cebu to Dumaguette is around 5hrs by fast ferry. Please check with the ferry schedule.
Dumaguette to Apo Island, you really have to consult with the resort for the ferry if arriving late in the afternoon.
