Not according to TSA at Ft Myers airport. You'd think they would know what scuba gear looks like in Florida.

Eddie Bauer makes a nice roll on duffel that is rugged and holds my gear very nicely. Out of Portland at least, regs travel very nicely in carry on (after suitable probing and poking).
