Greetings one and all.
Brief intro: I am a PADI Master Scuba Diver (currently in the DM program with hopes to qualify sometime this year).

I live in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Although some of my buddies are still diving in the local waters I prefer to stay warmer when I surface, I'm sorry but -20C / -4F is a wee bit chilly!

Welcome to the board. When you finish DM you'll be same as me---DM/MSD.
Not sure what you mean by those air temperatures in June. My guess would be these may be the lows where you are in January. Maybe unusual to get that low there--it's not Northern Manitoba.
