I do it in a shorty, but I wouldn't think about peeing in a full wetsuit. But, I never seem to have ANY desire (or need) to pee in my dry suit.
It's usually in the middle of a dive and I help the "water running through to rinse" by tugging on the legs and letting the water run through a bit more. On the last trip, we had a fresh water shower on the boat so the rinse helped afterwards.
