With a full Al 80 you are looking at about 5 psi increase per degree increase. Even a fairly slow fill results in a warm to the touch tank making it about 100 deg. If your car warms to 140 which is very possible even with the windows cracked open, you're only building up to about 3200 psi. Not the best for a long tank life, but not unusual either. Don't sweat it. :wink:
