I know this won't matter for the OP but I wanted to state that when I was on the Carnival Conquest we used ship time on the entire cruise for everything (April 06). That included Jamaica, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. Since we left out of Galveston Cozumel and ship time matched however that was not the case for Jamaica and I don't recall for Cayman. I do recall that on the itinerary for the day it clearly labeled all times as "SHIP TIME" so there wouldn't be any confusion. Be sure to check with your ship if you do the cruise thing.
