We've been diving 200m Casios for years and according to my instructor that is the only watch she has never seen flood in 15 years of diving. She's seen Ironman watches, among others, flood and I've seen an old Rolex submariner flood in the pool (OUCH!). I haven't been able to find the $30 Casio's lately though 
One note, when you change the battery make sure to have the watch pressure tested to check for leaks.
