As an organisation our commitment to Cuba's environment, and the protections of its underwater eco-system is unwavering. For this reason we cap the number of people on the trip, so a group is no larger than 8 people. This enables us to source more authentic accommodation options and local transportation that makes a smaller footprint on the environment. All of our tour guides, dive instructors and dive hosts are both native to Cuba, and passionate about their country. This is of most importance to us, because we believe in showcasing the very best of Cuba and this starts with knowledgable guides who know the country inside out, for better and for worse. It also allows us to provide local employment and engagement in the community. Our organisation is a proud supporter of the Coral Reef Alliance that partners with local reef communities around the world to protect coral reefs. We also expect them to be respectful of their underwater environment when Scuba diving - to look but not touch and to steer well clear of any sea life.
