Whats the thinking on weight belts when you're wearing a backplate/harness? I've seen the integrated weights and may give those a try. But is it under or over the harness and why?

That makes sense to me. I'd rather it be a little more difficult to ditch than too easy to ditch. The nice thing is if for some reason your buckle snagged something or even broke you have that extra security of the crotch strap still holding your belt saving you from losing your weights.Originally posted by Uncle Pug

That aside... yes it is easy to dump a weight belt from under the crotch strap... but not so easy that it can happen accidently.
