might be too inconvenient depending where you are staying in Tulamben but I really like Good Stuff Cafe in Amed
Best place Bali for good beaches and clean water for snorkelling

In Tulamben everything is kind of the same in all the resorts. The exceptions are the two western-ish places: Slice & Brew and Chops & Hops. S & B is decent. C & H was once solid. The last two times I have visited was disappointing. Your milage may vary.
Gili Air- go for one seafood grill with fresh catch options. I go with the place who has the best looking snappers.
