How do you know you really need a smaller wing? 60 lbs wing on a twin set of 11L is fine with me. Spend the US$200.00 on something necessary(service kit, spare parts etc) if I were you.
 
Buy a new wing that is size appropriate to the cylinder buoyancy property's your using.

Seems like everyone has different experiences--but I brought it with me anyway, so may as well test it out. Haven't bought a car here yet, so haven't gotten to jump in the 85 F waters :( Soon! Maybe wait until I visit home again to buy a smaller wing, since dive gear is so much cheaper in the States. I won't be living here permanently (4 years max) which is the reason I want to just make due if possible.
