Blacktip Settings Changes Help Needed

I am attempting to change some of the settings on the Blacktip DPV. The VESC tool will not connect to the DPV. The proper cable is being used. Apparently my laptop is not recognizing the DPV and I am not sure what to do next...?? Serial # begins with 002 - Firmware is George 0.4 Any help...

@admikar - its all good now. The two different cables I was using were not data capable, the third cable I tried was able to carry data.

Because I have not finished my first cup of coffee.

This problem is now avoided by using the new Bluetooth feature and app. Maybe soon they'll sell that as well for ease of adjustments.

Cruise control is hidden in the new software package

As of right now there is no plan to sell the Bluetooth module as an upgrade for older models.
