Blue Heron Bridge - need tide info

Hey folks,
My friends and I are thinking of diving blue heron bridge this Sunday.
Where can I found out tide information? I need to find out what time high slack tide starts.

I'm not sure where to find the tide information online. I use the SeaTow tide tables. Most of the dive shops here have them out on the counter, so you can just pick one up.
According to my handydandy Seatow tide table:
You have a high tide at 16:44 on Sunday, May 3.
You also have one at 4:09, but i'm not sure how early a riser you are

I use www.saltwatertides.com and go to Florida Atlantic Coast -> Port of Palm Beach

I'll be there Sunday... I'm diving the East Bridge... Look me up... I have a Silver Tacoma with ugly Thule racks on top...
