I guess I should say that this was my second order ( 1st item was big ticket). The reason that I ordered from them was that I liked the service. Yes they have a boat load of stuff.
Hey Tom the store is open on sunday ( I prefer not to talk about anyones religion). Hi Catherine hope your BF is doing Good!. Will be out in Oahu 2-9 Nov and going out with Justleesa and Roger Sat,Sun,Mon.
I just think once they have you on file that would be the end of the bull( but thats my country boy opinon )

Hope I got this in the right topic. Just had to blow some some steam about Leisure pro!!. Did a small order for some stuff and they want ME to jump thru hoops!!. They need to talk to bank because can't confirm addy or phone num (unlisted). Then I try to call to see if they shipped order CLOSED TILL SUNDAY!!. I will tell you I will NOT!! order again!!. Sorry I placed my order with a debit card with mastercard logo the cash in the bank!. Some people are BONE HEADS!!:crossbone .

Coming from a retail background, they are just trying to CTA and CYA. You're a Vet, figure that one out. Different billing and shipping addresses aren't too unusual, throw in an unlisted number and more red flags are going to pop up. On the retail end it is called a charge back and come straight out of your bottom line.

I don't know how you ordered. If you order online, they ask for the Security Code on the back. If you order by 10am Mon-Thursday, and depending upon what UPS zone you are in in reference to them (NY to VT should be the same), it's the next day for ground shipping!

I've found LP to be very professional on purchases and returns. They are way better than 90% of the vendors that I have to deal with on a daily basis.

So relax, talk to someone about PTSD, try LP again excecute the 7P's, and go for a dive!
