Cancun/cozumel resorts

My wife and I are RCI members and we have a two y/o little girl. We are wanting to take a vacation to Cancun or Cozumel next year. Two resorts we area looking at are:

Coral Princess Club Cozumel

and

Reef Club Cozumel

Both have day care and both have an on site dive shop

Comments anyone.

One other question.... Whats wrong with Cozumel in September?

There is one more place to consider: the Fiesta Americana, but it is not RCI. They have a day care center, but I am not certain about age restrictions. If you go to one of the RCI places, let us know how it works out!

September is part of the hurricane season--that is about from late July to the end of October. I have not reviewed the stats recently, but August and September were the worst months if I remember correctly. Last year Barbara and I went in early November and there was the remnant of the hurricane that obliterate Monkey River in Belize lingering around. Thus, RCI may have specials for Coz that time of year! It will be a gamble...

Our favorite times for Coz are Spring and Summer. In Summer it is hot and a little humid and we love it. Of course, since we live near San Francisco, we are escaping the cold fog!
