Hi All,
I have a Canon G9 and matching underwater housing for sale. I bought it about a year ago, used. Since then I have taken it on 2 diving holidays for a total of 14 dives. It is in used but good condition. They are perfectly functional in every way- both the housing and the camera. There are some scratches on the housing from being on and off a dive boat and dive bag, but the front lens is perfect and all of the buttons are smooth as silk. The camera itself has the silver trim ring worn away in spots on the front face. It was this way when I got it and hasn't changed. There is a minor scratch on the rear screen that I can't get to show in the pictures. The spot that looks like a scratch is a spot of glare from the flash. The actual scratch is much tinier.
Both the camera and housing are boxed and include the original manuals. The camera has 2 spare aftermarket batteries on top of the original package (charger, cables, strap). The housing has o-ring grease, the flash diffuser, and the strap (never used).
The camera is quite capable underwater. It does really well with Macro and standard focal length shots. It isn't wide so don't expect it to be. I've included some shots of the camera, the housing, and pictures from the camera itself. I'm only selling because I want to upgrade underwater and I'm moving to mirrorless for that.
Any questions, just ask.
thanks,
rick
all shots with either onboard flash/diffuser or natural light. Most were diving, but some snorkeling too.
