Frontier medex also provide cheap travel insurance. You just need to select the hazardous sports rider option which does cover scuba diving. I am not sure of it's availability in Canada. But I always take it on trips just in case something happens where Dan won't cover it. I'd rather not be stuck in some third world hospital or the bill to air evac out
