Apparently an all-day concert is scheduled for Catalina Island's Casino Point on July 4, 2013. Last year they held an evening concert and closed access to the dive park for most of the day. With an all day event I assume access will be closed for the entire day. I will be checking to verify this but wanted to give SoCal and visiting divers a heads up on this.
