Hi Guys

Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre
Wild About Whales Exhibition & Flyer
The Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre (CCMDC) is celebrating the annual whale migration with a new exhibition on whales. The exhibition includes, whale bones, displays, posters showing whale migration and life cycles together with memorabillia and information on whale rescues.
Included in the items on display is a skull and jawbone from humpback whales taken by harpoon at Eden, NSW prior to 1930. The skull is 1200 mm long while the jawbone if 3300mm long, they are from different whales. The donation of the whale bones enables local people to see the size of these creatures up close.
The CCMDC will host the display on whales during the school holidays and throughout winter. The Marine Centre is open on Weekends and school holidays from 10am to 4 pm. Admission is $4 Adult, $2 Child / concession, $10 family (2A, 2C)
