I dive a CF200 and my wife dives a 50/50. Both are great drysuits. the CF200 is bulletproof, but heavier and does dry slow. The 50/50 is a combination of the durability of crushed neoprene on the lower half and trilam on the upper half. so, it's lighter and drys a but sooner. A full trilam drys faster, is lighter and not as durable as as crushed neoprene, but you would still have to abuse it pretty well to hurt trilam.
alone, a CF200 will take more weight to sink, but provides some thermal insulation whereas trilam provides no insulation. therefore, depending on what temp water you dive, you will need more thermal layers for a trilam suit, this will create a need for more weight. Between the 2 suits, because I rarely travel with a drusuit, I perfer the CF200, but if I traveled often, I would go for the 50/50, or a trilam just because of the luggage weight difference.
can't go wrong with DUI though, I am firmly convinced that they make the best drysuits, but they are a it pricy.
take care,
john
