Anyone have any idea about underwater photography classes held around or near West Palm Beach, Fl?

Yes, definitely contact Ryan Cannon at Reef Photo. He has regularly scheduled photography classes in your area. In fact there is one both this month and next month at the Blue Heron Blvd Bridge.
