There is a GUE instructor who lives and teaches Fundamentals classes in South FL. Kathy Dicker - GUE Instructor

She generally does not pre-schedule classes but forms them when there are interested students. Only 2 people are needed for a class. She's a great teacher and I did my fundamentals class with her. And the water here is warm!

You can do a workshop with just a GUE instructor. You won't get a card out of it, but they can address your specific topic.
