My only marine life injuries have come from small, innocuous creatures. In Bonaire I swam too close to a nesting sergeant major and the little bugger shot out and chomped my finger.
And the killer bluegill in Haigh Quarry. Note to self, no matter how warm the water is, wear a hood! At safety stop near the south dock, a bluegill bit my chin. Drew blood and left teeth marks all the way around. It was entertaining explaining that at work the next day!
