A thought about the 12-24 hour version vs the 4-6 hour (regular) version. Correct me if I'm wrong DocVikingo, but don't the tablets reach a high initial (eg. most effective) dosage at about 45 min., plateau for a while, then metabolize away? If one takes the 4-6 hour version, then wouldn't one be sort of keeping the dosage at around its highest level, figuring on a 3 hour cycle, from initial dose through a dive, followed by a surface interval? This is perhaps mildly overdosing, but not outrageously so. Wouldn't a 12 hour version be more prone to dropping too low in less than 12 hours?

Tis is the reason I don't think Afrin is so good. The temptation to take extra toots can really increase the dosage too high.
