Considering a Fiji Trip

Hello, can Fiji be dove if you have 12 days in which 2 of the days will be spent traveling to reach the destination? How many days is sufficient to nicely dive Fiji, assuming low to medium budget accommodation?

its definitely possible, but factor in 2 extra days for transfer from the nadi airport to get to an area with good diving and you likely will have about six days to dive (most resorts/dive ops do not dive on Sundays, blame the missionaries). if you won't be moving between areas/islands, 6 days is enough to get pretty good coverage at one resort or resort cluster eg taveuni/northern viti levu/east kadavu/savusavu etc. most longer trips involve hitting more than one island of fiji by splitting one week on each island or area. the pacific harbour area is a bit more backpacker friendly if you aren't looking for an inclusive resort.
