I can always recommend Sea Explorers. They have different destinations in the Philippines and all of them are in best quality. I visited all of them in the last years and for Malapascua, i would say it is the most expereinced dive shop. All dive guides working there for many years and know exactly where to dive to find the best things in Macro and the Threshers of course. They also have nice accommodation and super nice staff. Check out Ocean Vida and i can promise you that you won´t be dissappointed...
