You can't get a taxi from the airport unless you walk off the grounds. The multiple person vans have the exclusive right to haul people outta the airport. You can take one to the airport, but I don't know the rate.

FYI I believe Dandy Don is correct but remember the Airport to hotel shuttle rate is per person. The hotel to airport cab rate is per cab (up to 4 persons). These prices are in $MN, which today is officially 13.16016 $MN to 1 $US. Prices in $US will usually be higher due to an unfavorable ‘on the spot’ exchange rate.
