@Whitrzac claims, self righteously, it can't be done on BTs manufactured/shipped prior to 11/7/2023.

That’s with the stock firmware. If you flash this firmware, you can add cruise control (among other features) to any Blacktip.

The Nov 7 hardware adds the Bluetooth hardware capability (and upgrades the firmware at the same time).

Anyone with an older Blacktip can upgrade their firmware (without Bluetooth) and have the firmware improvements, in particular the cruise control firmware versions has been around for over a year.

The aftermarket firmware that added cc and other features was not supported by divex and was the reason a few warranty claims were denied.

It's like adding a turbo to your car and claiming it's the same as the factory option

You can update the firmware of any blacktip via a USB data cable. So yes, you can do this with ANY blacktip. They support making changes such as this provided it's in their firmware...

Because they haven't released this firmware.
You cant download it.
Its not compatible with any 001-xxxx blacktip
Its not even on their git
