Does a anyone know of any good dive ops that will take cruise ship passengers to these ports of call?

Not clear on your question. Are you on a cruise ship stopping at these 3 locations and you want to connect with local dive operators?

Sorry for the confusion. Yes, I will be on a cruise ship stopping at these locations in June. Would like to get a dive in while i am in port.
